A Housing project in Barinas
President Chavez approved resources for Great Mission Housing Venezuela

Caracas.– The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, announced Tuesday during the Ministers Council, held in Miraflores Palace, the inclusion of a housing project developed by the governor of Barinas state, Adan Chavez, within the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV).

"The project involves the construction of apartments and homes in Alto Barinas. These are lands located in the city”, the Commander Chavez.

The National president said it is cheaper to build new homes in the cities, due to basic services installed, and therefore urged all governors to recover wastelands.

"The hands of the bourgeoisie own the vacant lands in the cities of Venezuela which are the ones behind those vacant spaces," he said.

Moreover, President Chavez approved 160 million bolivars for the completion of the access road to the Ciudad Socialista  Caribia.

The Bolivarian Government, through the Great Mission Housing Venezuela, plans to increase housing to 2.7 million units in the next six years.

The GMVV with housing enforcement solve the housing problem of Venezuelans and increases the labor supply for the People, there are actions to promote national economic development and enhance the quality of life of people.
